Tofu Pow Curry

Ingredients:

1 package of DSI “TOFU POW”

100g carrots

200g of potatoes

5g ginger (chopped)

Cornstarch water 

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp coconut milk

1/2 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of sugar

600 ml of water

Steps:

  1. Cut DSI ”TOFU POW” half into triangular pieces.

  2. Cut carrots and potatoes into small chunks.

  3. Heat oil in frying pan, sauté ginger until aromatic.

  4. Add curry powder and fry. Add water, potatoes and carrots. Cook for 10 min.

  5. Add DSI’s Tofu Pow, curry powder, coconut milk, salt and sugar. Stir well.

  6. Add cornstarch water until desired consistency.

  7. ENJOY!
